Please read the terms carefully as they apply to all relevant offers and promotions. Kiva Wellness reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping Australia wide for orders over $100. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and is subject to availability.
Complete Sleep System
1. The offer
The Kiva Wellness 90-Day Cooling Promise applies to customers who purchase an eligible Complete Sleep System directly from Kiva Wellness.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the 90-Day Cooling Promise:
- The Sleep Pod and Cooling Blanket must be purchased together via the Complete Sleep System product listing; individual previous or separate purchases of the Cooling Blanket and Sleep Pod are not eligible, nor purchases of previous Sleep Pod and Cooling blanket promotions.
- The products must be used together as intended;
- The products must be used for the full 90 days of receiving the order; and
- Proof of purchase via Kiva Wellness must be provided. The purchase date must be after the promotion commencement date, September 15th, 2026.
3. The 90-day trial
Customers are required to use the Sleep Pod and Cooling Blanket together for the duration of the 90-day period. The trial period cannot be less than 90 days.
If, after using the products together, you are not satisfied with the cooling experience, you may request a return under the 90-Day Cooling Promise. The request to return the Complete Sleep System and the return of the product must happen within 14 days of the 90 days trial ending.
4. Making a claim
To make a claim, contact Kiva Wellness at support@kivawellness.com.au at the end of the 90 day trial period (from the start date your order was delivered) and provide:
- your name and order number; and
- confirmation that you would like to return the bundle under the 90-Day Cooling Promise.
Kiva Wellness will provide return instructions before the products are authorised to be sent back.
5. Returns
To receive a refund under the 90-Day Cooling Promise, both the Sleep Pod and Cooling Blanket must be returned.
Products may have been used for the purpose of the 90-day trial but must be returned clean and without damage beyond reasonable use during the trial period. Eligible returns must be received within 14 days of the 90 day trial period ending.
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, modification or use contrary to the product instructions may make the order ineligible for a refund under this promotional promise.
6. Return costs
Customers are responsible for return freight costs to Kiva Wellness.
7. Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and the return has been approved, Kiva Wellness will refund the amount paid for the eligible Complete Sleep System (Sleep Pod + Cooling Blanket Bundle) to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are not refundable under the 90-Day Cooling Promise.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
8. One claim per customer/order
The 90-Day Cooling Promise is limited to one eligible claim per customer, household and/or order and is intended for genuine personal use of the products.
9. Other discounts and promotions
The Complete Sleep System product (The Circadian Sleep Pod + Cooling Blanket Bundle) cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless expressly stated by Kiva Wellness.
10. Australian Consumer Law
The 90-Day Cooling Promise is an additional benefit provided by Kiva Wellness and does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Installation Locations & Eligibility
Complimentary professional installation is available in participating major cities, metropolitan areas and surrounding regional locations serviced by Kitset Assembly Services. Review eligible locations here
The offer applies exclusively to the Kiva Ritual Glass Front 3 Person and 6 Person Saunas only purchased during the promotional period ending 31 October 2026.
Installation coverage is postcode-dependent and is not available in all Australian locations.
Customers must confirm that their installation address is within Kitset's service area before purchasing if they wish to take advantage of the complimentary installation offer. Contact the Kiva Wellness Customer Service team via support@kivawellness.com.au to confirm your eligibility.
Installation Bookings
Customers are responsible for arranging their installation directly with Kitset Assembly Services following purchase.
Kiva Wellness does not coordinate or schedule installation appointments.

Customers should quote their Kiva Wellness Purchase order number and the Ritual Glass Free Installation Promotion when booking.
Installation Lead Times
Kitset's Installation timeframes vary depending on location and installer availability.
Kitset's current indicative timeframes:
- Sydney: 4+ weeks
- Melbourne: 7-10 days
- Other serviced regions: Approximately 2 weeks
Installation may occur after the promotion ends, provided the eligible sauna was purchased during the promotional period and complimentary installation was confirmed via Kiva Wellness.
Installation Inclusions
Complimentary installation includes complete professional sauna assembly, onsite cartage, one coat of oil, standard travel costs and removal and disposal of packaging and rubbish.
Exclusions
Locations outside Kitset's designated service areas are not eligible for complimentary installation. The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for a discount or another service.
Customers should confirm their location's free installation eligibility before placing their order.
All installations are subject to Kitset's service availability and applicable promotional terms and conditions.
