Grace Removals (Saunas):
Coverage includes all areas Australia wide. Deliveries take 10 days from dispatch, extending up to 21 days for WA. We will call you within 3 days of your order (or pre-order) arriving at our warehouse to arrange a delivery date and time, and provide a reference number for your delivery.

TNT (Ice Baths and Large Items):
Coverage includes all areas Australia wide with delivery times of 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. If no tracking number is provided, expect delivery within 7-10 days.

In stock items ship in 2-3 days. Pre-orders dispatched within 2-3 days of stock arrival.

Express shipping isn't available for large items due to their size and weight. Instead, we use specialist delivery services to ensure they arrive safely and securely.
