Items are usually dispatched within 72 hours of placing your order.
Delivery timeframes:
- Local deliveries (Sunshine Coast to Coffs Harbour): Typically completed within 5–7 days by our in-house team.
- Metro Australia: Approximately 7–14 business days.
- Remote areas: Usually 10–14 business days.
- WA & TAS: May take up to 3 weeks, with deliveries managed by our trusted partner removalist company.

Specialist Removals (Saunas):
We deliver Australia wide, with standard times of 10 days from dispatch, extending up to 21 days for WA and other remote areas. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we’ll contact you within 3 days to arrange delivery and provide a tracking reference.
Please note: deliveries to regional areas, including parts of WA and Tasmania, may take up to 28 days due to a multi-step process, especially during peak times.
TNT (Ice Baths and Large Items):
Coverage includes all areas Australia wide with delivery times of 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. If no tracking number is provided, expect delivery within 7-10 days.

Express shipping isn't available for large items due to their size and weight. Instead, we use specialist delivery services to ensure they arrive safely and securely. We don’t offer authority to leave for deliveries. To guarantee your items are delivered safely, we arrange delivery times when you’re available to receive them. This way, you can rest assured that your order will be handled with care.
