We provide free shipping on all Kiva Wellness saunas, with every delivery handled quickly and with care.

Between the Sunshine Coast and Coffs Harbour, saunas are hand delivered by our team. For other locations we partner with specialist heavy goods carriers to ensure safe arrival.

Assembly is simple and usually takes 30–40 minutes. Each sauna is designed for indoor use, though it can be placed outdoors under cover if protected from the elements. In cooler outdoor conditions, heating time may be longer.

Traditional saunas heat the air within the cabin using a high-performance Harvia heater. As the air temperature rises, it surrounds the body with consistent, high heat, creating a deep and immersive sauna environment. This method allows the entire space to warm evenly, supporting a steady and controlled session from start to finish.

Heated olivine diabase stones sit above the heater and retain intense heat. When water is poured over the stones, it produces steam known as löyly, increasing humidity and creating a more dynamic sauna experience. This combination of dry heat and steam allows you to adjust the intensity of each session based on your preference.
