Yes. Our Infrared Saunas are designed with ultra-low EMF technology and built for safe daily use when used as directed. They are also backed by an experienced Australian service team for added peace of mind.

All Kiva Wellness infrared saunas are independently tested to emit an average of just 0.4 milligauss (mG) in seated areas — well below the commonly recognised safety threshold of 10 mG. This ultra-low EMF output provides added peace of mind for safe, regular use at home.

Rise™ Far-Infrared Saunas simply plug into a standard Australian power outlet. The 1, 2 and 3 person models use a 10amp outlet, while the 4 person model uses a 15amp outlet. No hardwiring or electrician is required.

Yes, Rise™ Far-Infrared Saunas can be installed upstairs in most modern homes. We recommend placing the sauna on a flat, level surface and ensuring the floor can comfortably support the unit’s weight. If you’re unsure, you can check with a qualified builder or reach out to our team for guidance.

Rise™ Far-Infrared Saunas are designed for fast, efficient heat-up using high-performance mica panels. You’ll begin to feel warmth within minutes, with most users reaching a comfortable, usable temperature in around 20–30 minutes under typical indoor conditions.

Reaching the sauna’s maximum temperature of up to 75°C takes longer. In a typical indoor home environment, this can take up to 60–70 minutes depending on room temperature, insulation and power supply.

For best performance, we recommend installing your sauna inside your home in a well-insulated room.

If the sauna is placed in a colder environment such as a garage or outdoor space, heat-up times will increase and it may take significantly longer to reach higher temperatures. In some cases, particularly in cold conditions, the sauna may not reach its maximum temperature.

For fastest heat-up and maximum temperature, indoor installation is strongly recommended.

Rise™ Far-Infrared Saunas are energy efficient, with running costs ranging from approximately $0.44 to $0.97 per hour depending on the model. Based on three sessions per week, this works out to roughly $5 to $13 per month.

Rise™ Far-Infrared Saunas include a lifetime domestic warranty on infrared heating panels and a 5-year domestic warranty on other parts.

Each Rise™ Far-Infrared Sauna is delivered flat-packed with all panels and components included in the box for assembly.
