Setting up your Circadian Pod is simple. Start by laying the mattress topper over your current mattress. You can choose to have the white side facing up for a softer, more comfortable feel, or the grey side up for maximum temperature control. You will notice some cords attached, which go under your mattress to create a secure fit. At one end of the topper, you will find a 180 cm connection hose. This hose clicks into the back of the POD control box.

Next, fill your POD with cold water. While filtered water is ideal, regular Australian tap water works perfectly fine as long as there is no significant scale build up. Unscrew the cap on the top of your POD and fill until the water level is close to the top. Then, replace the cap and tighten.

You are now ready to use your unit. Turn it on using either the remote control or the control panel on the POD and select your desired temperature. The water will circulate through your mattress topper, cooling or heating as needed.
