Naturopath

Tia is a naturopath, member of the Australian Natural Therapist Association and owner of the Whole Health Studio. Drawing upon the latest research, lab testing, and evidence-based naturopathic medicine, Tia provides individualised herbal tonics and compounds to her patients as well as formulated capsules for hormone health, stress and energy. Grounded in the belief that a healthy body and mind are essential for a fulfilling life, Tia has been able to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness.

 

Katherine Hay

Nutritionist

Katherine is qualified with a bachelor of health science majoring in nutritional medicine and is an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association, with over 7 years of clinical experience, she is changing the way her clients engage with food through her practice Kaptured Nutrition. She believes that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health and everyone is extremely different, therefore each treatment plan is personalised with a realistic and non-restrictive approach. Katherines’ areas of expertise lie within reproductive health, preconception and post-natal care, fertility as well as gut health, mental health, skin and autoimmune conditions.

After having her Kiva Wellness sauna for 5 months, she's noticed some amazing benefits, "I have loved incorporating weekly saunas into my routine as the positive effect for my mental health have been incredible" Katherine told us.

 

Luka McCabe 

Midwife & Parenting Educator Extraordinaire

Luka is a registered nurse, registered midwife and a CAPEA endorsed birth and parenting educator, as well as a certified nutrition consultant specialising in postpartum and babies. Mother to three, Luka started Boob To Food to help provide evidence based information to families who needed some support when it came to transitioning little ones from breastfeeding to solids. Luka is now the author of a widely popular book milk to meals, which is jam packed full of helpful recipes and resources that are designed to meet little ones nutritional needs.

 

 

Kayla Itsines

PT, Author & Entrepreneur

Kayla is the co-founder and Head Trainer of the fitness app Sweat and has just published her latest book. As one of the most influential personal trainers in the world, her goal is to help women feel more confident and strong and support them on their health and fitness journey. Kayla has recently started incorporating Kiva’s Full Spectrum sauna into her recovery.


 

Chontel Duncan

Accredited Sports Nutritionist 
Chontel is an accredited sports nutritionist, fitness trainer and founder of the HIIT Station franchise. As a mother of 5 she knows how important self-care practices are, that's why she incorporates sauna and ice bath sessions regularly into her wellness routine, in particularly as part of her post-workout recovery.

“We’ve had the sauna for a bit and originally I started off doing it on my days off as part of my recovery, I then swapped to doing a session right after a workout and I can feel my increased blood flow doing it straight after a workout, it feels phenomenal. Also from an inflammation point of view, I don’t get sausage legs anymore after a workout, I can physically see that my body isn’t holding so much water anymore.” - Chontel Duncan

Emily is a qualified personal trainer, with a Certificate IV in Fitness and Master Trainer qualification from the Australian Institute of Fitness. She is also a fitness model, qualified Beautician & Makeup Artist, and co-founder of James Cosmetics. With her busy career and 2 children she has to ensure that her own well-being doesn't come short. That's why Emily has been having regular sauna sessions every week and facilitated her sauna to recover from sport related injuries.

Danielle is a qualified nutritionist and all about body positivity, health and wellness with a special interest in post-partum fitness.

As a mother of 3 young kids she wants to set a good example of living a healthy lifestyle. Suffering from bowel disease and arthritis, Dani incorporates Kiva Wellness sauna sessions frequently into her daily wellness.

Emma is an internationally renowned yoga and meditation teacher, writer and podcaster. Known for her empowering and uplifting manner of educating, and sharing the science of yoga and meditation in a fun and accessible way. After the birth of her second baby, she is using our infrared sauna as a post-partum recovery and meditation tool.

Revie Jane is a well-known entrepreneur on the Gold Coast scene. She has just launched athleisure label, Alitah State, with a focus on inclusivity and body positivity. 

She’s incorporated Kiva Wellness sauna sessions the last few months and told us, “I knew I would love having a sauna, I've wanted one for years but I didn't realise HOW MUCH I would love having a sauna.
