Aftercare
At Kiva Wellness, we are dedicated to providing exceptional aftercare services to our commercial clients. When you reach out to us, we aim to promptly respond within 24 business hours and will make every effort to send a professional to assess your product within 3 business days of receiving an enquiry, should we determine that an assessment is required.
Our warranties are managed in-house, so you can have peace of mind knowing there’s no third party involved. If you require a replacement part, we will do our best to send it out within 2 weeks from the time of assessment. Based locally in Burleigh Heads, we also offer a pick-up and drop-off service for repairs or replacements for those within our footprint, which ranges from the Sunshine Coast to Coffs Harbour.
