"I’m a hot sleeper and can overheat easily. The sleep pod really cools the bed down and it has reduced me from waking up in the middle of the night. Although the room would need to be in a cool temperature to support the coolness of the decide i. e AC on to bring the room temperature down before sleep and having the Sleep pod turned on 20 minutes prior really helps jumping in bed with an icy cool feeling in the summer times. Can’t sleep without it now. Definitely worth it for the hot sleepers."
